Freight & Delivery

 

 

  • Freight is payable on all deliveries.

  • Please check goods on receipt and if any damage, advise Newpearl within 24 hours of delivery as neither the carrier nor Newpearl can accept subsequent claims.

  • All responsibility for damage after goods collection or signing of the delivery docket transfers to the Purchaser. 

  • We strive to meet required delivery dates, but where not met, we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or sub sequential loss arising from any delay.

 

 

Returns Management Regulation

 

In order to avoid unnecessary disputes and better coordination of customer relations, we make the following statement about the returns:

 

  1. Only accept the whole box without open and any damage.

  2. If the return is more than 10 boxes, whether return by customers or we collect that both charge 10% warehouse management fees.

  3. Only accept free returned tiles within one month after delivery. we are going to charge 20% handling fee by return tiles in the following month. No any refund after two months. (Note: if the return more than one month and 10 boxes, we will charge 10% warehouse management fee and 20% handling fee.)

  4. If we have found the damaged tiles or incorrect numbers of tiles in the delivery:

 

a. The customers have responsibility to check the quantity and quality immediately when the tiles arrived. 

b. The customers have to provide the picture and time evidence and notify accountant within two days after delivery. 

6. The customers have to inform Newpearl accountant by Email to record and confirm the numbers of tiles returned and sign. 

7. The refund money must confirm with Newpearl accountant and normally refund on every Monday or Friday.
